In celebration of the unique bond between fathers and daughters, we are proud to present the winners of our first Father of the Bride: Most Tender Moment Photo Contest. The image of Jeff Keplar kissing step-daughter Stephanie Shelley Kefer on the cheek and Stephanie’s bright-eyed response won the judges hearts, earning 24 out of a possible 25 points. Thomas Gallagher of Thomas Gallagher Photography, Lincolnshire, Illinois snapped the grand prize winning photo. First runner up goes to Danielle Springer and her father David Snyder. Jerry Gerber of Captured Moments took the photo of Springer and Snyder.
Some very nice prizes were donated in support of this event. The grand prize includes a photo shoot of the father-daughter duo. They will each receive an 8 x 10 photo and 10 wallet sized photos courtesy of Suzanne Kilcoin, All Eyes on You Wedding & Event Photography. Kefer will receive a floral arrangement courtesy of Moore Flowers; a collection of skin care products courtesy of Kelly LaPan for Arbonne International; and a gift basket courtesy of Shamaeron Bostic, Wine Styles and Gifts. Her dad, Jeff Keplar, will receive a gift certificate to the Barber Lounge by 5 Elements.
